1. TPOT - TRANSLATION PRODUCTIVITY ONLINE TOOLKIT

Developed in conjunction with our affiliated company GistXL Technology, TPOT is an integrated online translation platform that helps translators improve their productivity. TPOT lets users access a range of translation tools and a growing repository of dictionaries and translation memories, Users can choose to share their own dictionaries and translation memories with, thereby pooling resources and minimising duplication of work.

2. THE SINGAPORE DICTIONARY PROJECT

The Singapore Dictionary Project is an initiative to build the most comprehensive multilingual database of terms used in the Singapore context. These include names of people, organisations, programmes and places, as well as terms that appear in the news (e.g., astroturf, crutch mentality). Other than Singapore-specific terms, this system also contains specialised terminology from the following domains: (a) Business & Finance, (b) Medical, (c) China News and (d) Science and Technology, totalling close to 700,000 terms in all. This was a joint project between FTR/Interlexis and GistXL Technology.

3. SINGAPORE TRANSLATOR FORUM

Singapore's first forum for translators. It provides postings and discussions concerning language-related matters, with separate sections for Translator Talk, Translator Marketplace, Translation News, Dictionaries and Resources, Translation Tools and Technologies, etc.
